Sweater- Forever 21
Beanie- Zara
This post was from a few months back in the Fall, when it wasn’t as cold as it is now….I
was complaining about the weather then but I definitely wish I could go back to that time
because its even colder now.

Anyways, I just wanted to share this look with you when my friend and I was playing
around with the camera and then decided that this would make a great blog post. I know
I’ve posted a tremendous amount of all grey outfits in the past but its too good for me to
pass up…especially when I want to find something quick and easy to wear.
I consider this look to be a pretty simple, laidback attire mainly because it’s what I’d wear
on a quick run around the city for errands or so. I’m wearing this warm chunky knit
sweater paired with a tailored and almost “work” inspired pants. I threw on my oversized
neoprene jacket and some comfy boots but I could definitely see myself styling this look
with some cute heels and a leather biker jacket.
Let me know what you think!

Stare Into The Sun

The moment when you find an item in your closet that you thought you’ve lost forever. That was my experience a few weeks ago when my oversized knit cardigan resurfaced in my closet while I was moving.
Reflector sunglasses are the perfect mix between a futuristic and hippie vibe…maybe that’s why this summer I’ve been sporting more of my reflector sunglasses more than ever plus they make for such a fun way to spice up a look that would otherwise be very simple.

Dress- Forever 21
Knit Cardigan- Similar or here
Sunglasses- Zero UV
Evil Eye Ring- Michal Golan

I had family in town for most of last week, hence I took a short break from my daily blogging. I had so much fun and miss them already. Nevertheless, I’m posting this look I work while I was still living in Manhattan. I took a walk to Chelsea Piers to clear my thoughts and to just relax since it was towards the beginning of my Sumer break. Since New York’s weather fluctuates so much, I wore this warm and cozy oversized cardigan over a simplistic mini dress with an all over aztec print. If you can recall from previous posts, I remember sharing a look I wore with the cropped top version of this dress, see (here). Well, a few weeks after buying the cropped top version, I fell in love with the concept of putting it onto a flared spaghetti strapped dress and the rest is history.
I like to wear looks such as this, as I feel quite comfortable throughout the day and its one of those Summer looks that are toned down with just the right amount of accessories. I have lots in store for the rest of the week so make sure to stay tuned!

To Kill A Mockingbird

Oh how I love black and white ensembles…

Chunky Knit Sweater- Vintage
Skirt- Chic Wish
Beanie- Zara
Shoes- Creepers (T.U.K)
Wore this look on possibly one of the coldest days here in New York so far..and would you believe me if I said that this white chunky knit sweater kept me so warm its amazinggg. This sweater was actually something my mother gave me when I first moved to New York last year and its’s literally helped me through the grave transition from fall to winter. I love how crisp the white of the sweater is and how much of a warm fuzzy feeling it gives. I’ve worn this sweater with a collared top layered underneath, with pants, shorts and even a maxi dress. It’s pretty versatile and thats why I love it so much.  For this post, I wore it with a a black slighted flared mini skirt and black stockings with my beloved creepers.
I have been wearing hats a whole lot these past few weeks so be prepared to see back to back posts with me having a hat glued to my head hahaha. Oh and the title of the post has nothing to do with killing animals…and everything to do with a 1960s fiction novel that I had to read in high school.
