Take Off From The Start

Casual moments in Williamsburg is the one things I look forward to on weekends.

Fuzzy Sweater- Similar
Pants- Nasty Gal
Biker Jacket- Similar

I finally decided to take this awesome biker jacket for a stroll about two weekends ago during the leisure time I spend vintage browsing and store gazing in Williamsburg. This whole year, comfort has become a major element in my wardrobe. So, I’ve been wearing pieces that can easy fit with each other that doesn’t quite take too much time deciding in the mornings on what to wear.
For this look I wore my warm and fuzzy top that I’m completely obsessed with because it’s literally the softest thing in my closet right now. Because it’s pure white it exhumes such a clean and fresh vibe hence, I went along to pair it with something a little more on the edgy side which is the plaid pants.
This ensemble is a bit more of what I usually like to wear when ever its not too freezing outside, as I am able to wear just a biker jacket and be good for the day. I kept it pretty simple for the accessories mainly because I wanted it to just be a more breathable and slightly simple look.

A Wind In The Shadow

Loving light/cool grey palettes a lot more recently

Turtleneck Sweater – H&M
Blue Faux Leather Jacket- Forever 21
Shoes- Scully Platform (Envishoes)
Some about the fall/winter season makes me want to wear a lot of whites and light greys, and I’m not complaining because I absolutely love fresh and calm I look and feel when wearing these colours. I’m not quite sure if the dress I’m wearing is meant to be a top or dress because it fits me like a dress without heels, but as soon as I strap my heels on I have to wear a shorts underneath so I don’t peek-a-boo anyone. I love how cozy and fuzzy the sweater dress is and it’s pretty versatile, as I’m able to pair it with many things. For this look, I wore it with a dark stockings, light grey socks and one of the newest addition to my shoe family. To be honest, on a scale of 1-10, the comfortability of this shoes is like a 5…no joke. It’s like the evil step sister to the mulder platforms, which you’ve probably seen me wear a few times here on my blog. However, I must say that the design and look of this shoes is perfect and somehow reminds me of like a school girl gone bad. I got them during the Black Friday sale along with some other cool stuff at some really great prices!
I have so much going on with finals week and running around to try and get everything finish and submitted on time. I’ll still try my best to post daily and consistently as much as I can for the next two weeks.

Everlasting Light

Wearing my two favourite fall items : Nice warm chunky jumpers/sweaters and a black and white combination

Sweater- Forever 21
Skirt- Similar
Shoes- Jeffrey Campbell Coltrane (Shopakira)
Beanie- Zara
Join me while I endlessly give you reasons why this “skunk looking” sweater is the best thing on planet earth right now haha. This fall, I’ve been wearing a lot of black and white combination because, not only is it easy but it never gets old and will always be the perfect classic combination. For this look, I wore my currently favourite fluffy sweater that I got from Forever 21 a few weeks ago but somehow never got the chance to share it here. I’ve wore it with black and burgundy faux leather skinny pants, shorts and long maxi dress/skirts. I’m not getting over it anytime soon. This look is one of my usual silhouettes where I paired the sweater with an evil eye print circle skirt, nude stockings with black socks and my coltrane boots. I absolutely love the fuzzy texture of the sweater and it reminded me so much of the beanie that I’m always wearing so I thought “why not pair the two together?”.
